Term 3 Newsletter Week 4

This year we had 3 teams with over 30 students participating. It was great to see the competition and the quality of the other schools. Our students represented themselves, the school and their families really well. Looking forward to making Rugby 7's a positive part of our school culture.

We had a number of students invited to participate in the Regional Instrumental Music workshop. Students had to complete an audition to be invited. We'd like to congratulate our school representatives for their performances and talent.

National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day is held annually on 4th August and is our day dedicated to celebrating our children. Today we were priveleged to have Aunty Sharron Mirrii Bell​ visit with us. Her story and cultural connections were a wonderful to celebrate this excellent day.
