Providing students with a framework to help them learn what positive behaviour looks like is critical for their success. To support our students, we use a behaviour reference chart to illustrate to students when behaviour needs correcting and what this looks like. Over 90% of student behaviour is managed successfully in class without requiring external support. When a behaviour requires support from out of the classroom, we classify these behaviours as Minor or Major. These behaviours are recorded on OneSchool with corrective consequences to support students develop positive behaviour. These charts are on display and used in every classroom with "examples" provided.
