Students in Grade 5 attended a Video Game Day at Moreton Downs State School on Wednesday 7th August.
Our Year 5 students expanded their coding skills using both Scratch and Microsoft Makecode Arcade software to develop a video game.
These skills will be utilised during the challenge day in October. Students will receive a brief and specific game genre on this day and use their newly acquired skills to design and create a game that will be presented and judged on the day. We look forward to seeing what amazing games our Superstars will create.
