Our Deception Bay State School Cross Country will be held on Friday 27th March. Students should arrive at school at the usual time and go to their classroom so their attendance can be marked. Classes will then make their way to the oval, with races beginning at approximately 8:45am.
We encourage all students to come dressed in their team colours and to have a bit of fun with their outfits—tutus, wigs and other colourful accessories are all welcome!
Mums, dads and carers, we’d love to see you showing your team spirit in your colours too!
Ice-Cream 4 Me will be there on the day selling ice-creams and coffee. The event is expected to finish at around 11:00am.
We’re looking forward to a fun morning and hope to see lots of families there cheering our students on!
